Physiotherapy Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the physiotherapists in delivering effective and safe treatment to our patients and ensures a smooth daily clinical operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physiotherapists with setting up and supervising therapeutic exercises
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after sessions
• Guide patients during basic rehabilitation routines under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and equipment
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration if required
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during sessions
• Record and update patient information accurately
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinical team
• 5 Days working week, Sat full-day work

Essential:

• Good communication skills
• Warm, patient-centred attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinical routines
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work under supervision
• Very basic office administrative work skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail etc.)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Previous experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness settings

• On-the-job training provided
• Potential for career progression
