We operate across legal, advisory, capital markets, fund management, and technology through the ONERHT platform and our ASEAN Plus Group network spanning 88+ cities. We are currently building out FIVE core practice pillars: Corporate & Capital Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Digital Assets & Technology, Private Wealth, and Asia. We are looking for partners who want to build something, not just bill something.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. Before you apply, take the time to understand our culture, values, and how we operate. This practice is not passive and it is not comfortable. It rewards people who show up with commercial instincts, client relationships, and a genuine appetite to lead.

As a Partner, you will own your practice pillar. That means originating and executing client work, building your book, and collaborating across our pillars and across our APG firms in Asia. You will work closely with partner firms within the ASEAN Plus Group and engage with ONERHT stakeholders as part of a genuinely integrated platform.

We are client-first. It means your clients' outcomes come before internal convenience, and you will be held to that standard. We are Asia-led, which means you understand the region, speak its language commercially, and know how to get things done across jurisdictions.

Discipline in execution is non-negotiable. So is collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 8 years PQE in a relevant practice area
• Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Singapore Bar
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore and broader Asian markets
• Commercial and legally analytical, with a working understanding of finance and accounting
• Strong client engagement skills — you build relationships, not just files
• Comfortable with AI and technology as tools of practice, not afterthoughts
• Complex problem-solver with sound judgment under pressure
• Team player who also knows how to lead
