About the Role
Tito Isaac & Co LLP is seeking experienced and business-minded lawyers to join us as Partners . This role is ideal for practitioners with an existing portfolio of clients or a strong ability and willingness to generate their own work. You will join a collegial and collaborative team that values professional excellence, initiative, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• A demonstrable ability to bring in work — either through existing client relationships or through business development initiatives.
• A strong track record in your practice area(s) and the ability to manage matters independently.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your own portfolio of work.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships with a high standard of service.
• Supervise files and guide junior lawyers as needed.
• Contribute to the firm’s overall growth and reputation.
