In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the firm's operations, handling a diverse range of administrative and front office responsibilities. A key part of your role involves managing the reception area and providing a warm welcome to all visitors. You'll also be responsible for overseeing meeting room bookings and managing reception emails. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the secretarial team with daily admin and operations. This is a dynamic position where you'll be empowered to take ownership of these key functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related discipline. We welcome candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in administrative support, and/or front desk reception roles. Prior experience in a professional services environment is highly advantageous.
