Network and Cloud Support Engineer

· Responsible for project management, on-premise network management, cloud deployment, implementation, testing, support, and maintenance of the cloud hosting environment, as well as supporting the applications developed by the company.

· Provide support and act as a liaison/consultant for the deployment of SaaS solutions on the cloud environment.

· Support SaaS solutions on the cloud environment offered by the company.

· Responsible for testing various tools used for code scanning, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing within our environment.

· Support team members in continuously enhancing and upgrading the existing hosting environment to adapt to technological and business changes.

· Provide excellent service and timely responses to the needs of external customers and internal stakeholders.
