civil and building contractor
, is seeking an experienced
Site M&E Quantity Surveyor
to manage
all QS functions for mechanical and electrical works
on
LTA and building projects
. This is an opportunity to work on
diverse, high-profile projects
with a well-established contractor. Responsibilities Oversee
end-to-end M&E QS duties
, including tender preparation, pre-contract activities, and post-contract administration Review contracts and subcontract agreements, perform
quantity take-offs
, and prepare
bills of quantities
for M&E disciplines Manage
subcontractor and supplier administration
, including verification of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Assist in
cost estimation, measurement, and value engineering
for M&E works Monitor
project costs, variations, and budgets
, providing timely reports to management Collaborate with
project managers, engineers, and site teams
to ensure accurate cost control and contract compliance Ensure compliance with
professional practice, contract administration procedures, and legal requirements Requirements Diploma or Degree in
Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline 5+ years of experience
as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a
main contractor environment Strong technical expertise in
measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, and contract administration Experience handling
LTA and building projects
is preferred Capable of
independently managing QS functions
while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in
relevant QS software and Microsoft Office Suite
