Your Role

You will be the architect and driver behind our most critical strategic expansion. Working directly with the founders within the Business Development team, you will own the end-to-end launch and scaling of our direct-to-consumer (B2C) segment, connecting people with disabilities (PWDs) and caregivers to our ecosystem of support and paid services.

This is a highly autonomous role combining growth strategy, partnership building, and high-touch consultation. You will connect directly with PWDs and their caregivers to grant them access to premium support, advice, and paid services.

Responsibilities

1. Drive B2C Growth & Partnerships

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate closely with the founders to design, iterate, and execute the consumer growth strategy.
  • Marketing Channels: Identify, build, and test non-traditional marketing channels.
  • Referral Pipelines: Cultivate strong relationships with institutional partners like SPED schools, SSAs, hospitals, therapy centers, and community groups.
  • Data Ownership: Track enrollment conversion rates, caregiver feedback, and channel performance to optimise the user journey.

2. Relationship Management

  • Advisory & Support: Serve as the primary, trusted advisor for families, providing the clarity and support they need to make informed life decisions.
  • Consultative Guidance: Facilitate high-touch, consultative sessions with PWDs and their caregivers to deeply understand their unique goals and map out their next steps.
  • Landscape Navigation: Guide families through the financial landscape of special education and employment support in Singapore.

3. Community Engagement & Cross-Functional Operations

  • Community Building: Launch and run high-impact offline/online initiatives, such as caregiver workshops, information sessions, social media community building.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with internal operations, training, and coaching teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of track record in B2C business development, partnerships, consumer growth, or admissions management. Experience in private education, healthcare, or Singapore's social service sector is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and active listening skills. You are deeply comfortable navigating highly emotional, personal conversations with anxious or protective caregivers.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s disability landscape, including a working understanding of SG Enable, NCSS, or MSF support frameworks, is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to speak a second local language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is a strong advantage to effectively connect with local, senior caregivers.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, loves experimenting with new growth tactics, and genuinely enjoys hands-on, end-to-end execution.
  • Mission Alignment: A deep-seated passion for inclusion, social innovation, solving tough systemic problems, and creating measurable life changes for families and people with disabilities.
  • Growth & Value-Creation Mindset: A strong commitment to continuous personal development, a desire to create value at every touchpoint, and the ambition to help us rewrite the playbook for the inclusion space.
