About the Role

Our client, a premier management consulting firm in Singapore, is expanding its leadership team. We are hiring across Consulting Manager to Partner levels to drive client transformation, business growth, and thought leadership across industries.

Key Responsibilities by Level

Consulting Manager

  • Lead project workstreams and small teams on strategy, operations, or transformation engagements
  • Own day-to-day client engagement, problem-solving, analysis, and delivery of insights
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building
  • Support business development through proposal input and client relationship building

Senior Manager

  • Manage multiple engagements or large-scale projects end-to-end with full delivery accountability
  • Act as primary client contact for C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Drive solution design, quality, and commercial outcomes
  • Lead internal initiatives and contribute significantly to BD, proposals, and firm eminence

Director

  • Own key client accounts with P&L responsibility for the relationship
  • Shape and sell complex transformation programs to C-level buyers
  • Build deep trusted advisor relationships and expand share of wallet
  • Lead practice development, major proposals, and senior talent development

Partner

  • Define market strategy and drive firm growth in Singapore and SEA
  • Originate and close multi-million dollar deals; full P&L and equity leadership
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic clients and complex programs
  • Build the firm’s brand, thought leadership, and leadership pipeline

Common to all levels:

  • Deliver high-impact consulting projects across strategy, digital, operations, or transformation
  • Develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and synthesize recommendations for senior executives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in Singapore and APAC
  • Contribute to firm knowledge, IP development, recruitment, and culture

Qualifications & Experience

For all levels:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Prior experience at a leading management/strategy consulting firm required
  • Deep expertise in 1–2 industries: Financial Services, TMT, Consumer, Healthcare, Energy, or Public Sector
  • Strong track record in client delivery, team leadership, and business development
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presence skills

Level-specific experience:

  • Consulting Manager: 6+ years total experience with 3+ years in consulting
  • Senior Manager: 8+ years total experience with 5+ years in consulting and proven sales contribution
  • Director: 12+ years experience with 7+ years in consulting and strong origination track record
  • Partner: 15+ years experience with established SEA network, book of business, and P&L leadership history
