As an Maintenance Operations Manager , you will oversee and manage maintenance operations, coordinate workforce matters, support project-related works, and ensure smooth servicing of comprehensive maintenance contracts.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and service Changi Prison comprehensive maintenance contracts for security doors (CLA, CLB, TMP, CGH & C1)
  • Handle ad-hoc additional works including quotations, mini projects, and service support
  • Manage workforce-related matters and coordinate daily operational activities
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to requirements and standards
