Carrying, packing and stacking bundles of newspapers – it involves carrying bundles to the table, break-bulking and packing, thereafter stacking the bundles back onto pallets.

Line operations – it involves standing for a certain period of time at the Line Machines and occasionally needs to clear/carry jammed bundles of newspaper.

Handling of Offline strapping machines – it involves carrying/lifting of bundles of newspaper.

Work at the loading bay and oversee that the vendors and lorry drivers collect their papers correctly – it involves carrying bundles aside to check the labels.

Transfer products manually and with pallet trucks.

Data entry work.

Required Qualifications / Competencies / Skills / Knowledge

• ‘N’/‘O’ Level or higher
• Physically able to carry loads up to 20kg
• Willing to take on rotating day and night shifts
• Basic computer literacy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Works well with a team
• Experience working in a factory environment is beneficial
