A leading UK law firm is looking to hire a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate practice in Singapore, with a focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a well-regarded team advising on cross-border deals across Southeast Asia, alongside an established PE client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exits
  • Support regional and cross-border deals across Southeast Asia and beyond
  • Work directly with partners and clients on transaction execution and deal management
  • Collaborate with other practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters

Requirements:

  • England & Wales or other Commonwealth qualification preferred
  • Approximately 4 to 6 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A
  • Strong experience in private equity transactions would be advantageous
  • Solid drafting and transactional experience, ideally gained at an international or leading regional firm
  • Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
  • Open to candidates based overseas who have a genuine interest in relocating to Singapore
