Key ResponsibilitiesParts Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and track inventory movement, usage trends, and reorder points.
  • Ensure timely availability of parts for preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, including procurement for urgent works when required.
  • Coordinate with procurement for sourcing and delivery of parts.
  • Establish a critical part list with lift OEM/suppliers.
  • Process warranty claims when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of ITQ/ITT.
  • Support annual budget planning, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to long‑term stock optimisation.
MTBF Monitoring & Reliability Analysis
  • Calculate, and monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for key components and track long‑term performance trends.
  • Compare MTBF data against OEM standards, industry standards, and internal benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in part management or technical inventory control. Experience in the lift industry is an advantage.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Meticulous and detail‑oriented, with strong organisational skills and high accuracy in documentation.
  • Good in report writing with the ability to present technical and analytical information clearly.
  • Well‑spoken in English with strong verbal communication skills for interacting with maintenance teams and suppliers.
