Role Description

This is a 6-month full-time contract role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement.

The Licensing Assistant Manager will support the execution and day-to-day management of SEGA's Consumer Products and Licensing business across Southeast Asia. Working closely with internal stakeholders, licensees and partners, the role will focus on ensuring ongoing licensing projects are delivered successfully, managing approvals, coordinating product launches and maintaining strong partner relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing licensing programmes and ensuring operational continuity across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of existing licensing programmes across Southeast Asia.
  • Coordinate with licensees to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Track product development milestones, approvals and launch timelines.
  • Review artwork, product submissions and marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate approvals and project execution.
  • Support contract administration and monitor compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Maintain regular communication with licensees and regional partners.
  • Prepare project updates, sales reports and business presentations.
  • Assist with retail visits, trade events and partner meetings where required.
  • Support business planning and administrative activities across the Consumer Products team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand licensing, consumer products or account/project management.
  • Experience managing licensing projects or working directly with licensees is highly preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
