This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Legal Associate. The Legal Associate will manage and prepare legal documents, conduct in-depth analysis of legal issues, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Key responsibilities include researching legal matters, drafting contracts and agreements, offering sound legal advice to clients, and effectively communicating legal strategies. The role will also involve liaising with clients and legal bodies to represent client matters professionally.

• Strong knowledge in Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to assess complex legal situations
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving Legal Issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic law firm setting
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Bar Qualification or certification to practice law in Singapore
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
