As the Lead for Private Client Experience, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a differentiated, end-to-end experience for Great Eastern Private’s HNW segment. This includes setting the strategic direction and governance across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and insight-driven client experience aligned with the organization's growth strategy and value proposition.
