As a key member of the Marketing department and a guardian of FICOFI’s standards of excellence, you will deliver events and experiences across your region (primarily the SEA market) under the leadership guidance of the local Events & Experience Manager for FICOFI Members and Clients. Your success will rely on disciplined project delivery across international teams (Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations) and on cultivating trusted relationships with local partners and suppliers.

You will work with:

  • The Head of Events & Experience, the Events & Experience Manager (Singapore) and other Events & Experience Executives and Managers globally.
  • Marketing, Partner Relations, Wines, Operations, and Sales teams. Event and Experience partners, including venues, hotels, restaurants, and wine producers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Events and Experience organisation: Support event organisation for your region in line with the calendar of events set by the Company Singapore Events Manager, the Head of Events, the Estates, and the Sales teams.
  • Support the execution of the assigned events, coordinating all phases and stakeholders (internal: Marketing, Logistics, Partner Relations; external: caterers, chefs, sommeliers, venues) as well as the administrative aspects of events, including ERP systems, invoices, payments, and reporting.
  • Build a strong network ofgood relationship with local partners in gastronomy, luxury, and the Art de Vivre, while negotiating favourable agreements.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines with rigour and discretion. Contribute to the creation of detailed post-event analysis reports for stakeholders, including quantitative and qualitative insights along with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain strong awareness of experiential trends across wine, luxury, and travel to continually elevate the programme.

Brand & Guest Experience Standards:

  • Help ensure every touchpoint embodies FICOFI’s luxury brand codes and Art de Vivre standards (Attention to detail).
  • Support VIP hosting and guest-journey delivery, aligning partners on service standards and execution. Content & CRM Collaboration: Support event invitations and RSVP tracking with internal teams.
  • Capture and share key event outputs.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in event planning within the wine & spirits, luxury, or Art de Vivre industries.
  • Languages: Ability to engage effectively with our members and the teams, who primarily communicate in English
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, assertiveness, autonomy, and responsiveness.
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, decision-making, and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Versatility: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to event requirements. Occasional travel within the region might be required.
  • Team Spirit: Strong aptitude for collaboration. Analytical: Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail in budgeting and scheduling.
  • Luxury Culture & Curiosity: Strong attention to detail and understanding knowledge of luxury standards. Enthusiasm for trends in wine, gastronomy, luxury, and Art de Vivre.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • International Experience: Multicultural or international exposure (through studies or professional background).
