Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Work Location: Central Business District

Employment Type: Full-time

• Support Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) operations for international shipments
• Prepare and coordinate pricing and quotations with overseas agents and service partners
• Handle and verify trade and shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and related paperwork
• Coordinate with overseas partners, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing
• Assist with import/export permits, declarations, and compliance documentation
• Track shipments and help resolve operational issues such as delays or missing documents
• Maintain proper records and documentation for trade and compliance purposes

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations
• Exposure to import/export processes, trade documentation, or IOR/EOR is an advantage
• Comfortable coordinating with overseas partners on pricing and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
