We are working with a financial services firm to search for a VP for Internal Audit, leading a team to drive regional internal audit review and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Internal Audit function and deliver a risk-based audit plan across capital markets, trading, brokerage, and support functions.
• Provide independent assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by MAS, while identifying control gaps and strengthening risk frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of regional internal audit experience within financial services, ideally in capital markets or brokerage.
• Candidates with strong experience in IT Audit are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of financial markets regulations and control frameworks, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and Board members.
