Job Title: Legal Associate

Job Responsibilities: - Independently prepare cause papers and documents related to civil litigation matters. - Exhibit proficiency in E-litigation and attend court attendances. - Handle civil litigation cases with a heavy emphasis on workmens claims and personal injury from other accidents. - Work independently while maintaining good people skills to collaborate effectively with a team. - Engage in various legal practice areas, including corporate matters, under the mentorship of an experienced legal practitioner. - Develop a commercial mindset to handle diverse legal challenges. - Potentially manage a personal book of clients, with a negotiable remuneration structure, although this is not a requirement due to an existing flow of work.

Education and Experience Information: - Candidates should ideally possess at least 3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in civil litigation matters. - Additional language capabilities beyond English are advantageous.
