DescriptionThis global reinsurer continues to invest and grow in the region. It is now recruiting an Actuarial Analyst (IFRS) in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Reserving Actuary, you are a member of the Property & Casualty team and responsible for the calculation of reserves. You will conduct reserving studies and benchmarks to develop market driven reserving bases. You are required to support all actuarial components of IFRS reporting, including input validation, analysis and explanation of results. You will also collaborate with the regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and projects.
Requirements
A qualified actuary, you will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in either property & casualty (P&C) or life & health (L&H) in insurance and reinsurance. Knowledge of IFRS or statutory reporting requirements is preferred. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are highly commercial, independent, a strong team player and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
