Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and engagement activities. This internship is ideal for individuals keen to pursue a career in Human Resources, especially within a dynamic and growing environment.
Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and posting job ads
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits
Help maintain and update employee records and databases
Track and compile attendance and leave records
Assist with work pass documentation and applications
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
Ensure HR filing and documentation are well-organized and compliant
Support the HR team on day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to commit at least 3 months
