About the Role

MetaComp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Generalist to support and optimize our people operations across the organization. This role will play a critical part in managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and fintech environment. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Support day-to-day HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, visa administration, mobility, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases
  • Coordinate employment contracts, probation confirmation letters, transfers, and other HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee records management
  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards including headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, onboarding status, and workforce metrics
  • Maintain HR trackers and support audit, compliance, and organizational reporting requirements
  • Analyze HR operational data to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support manpower planning and HR reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR operational workflows and employee experience
  • Support implementation and optimization of HR systems, dashboards, automation tools, and process documentation including SOPs, knowledge articles, and onboarding materials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support scalable HR operations

Employee Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR operational inquiries and provide timely support throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Support onboarding experience for new hires including orientation coordination, system setup tracking, and onboarding communications
  • Independently facilitate and deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions and continuously improve onboarding experience initiatives
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR administrative and operational issues
  • Build trusted relationships with employees through responsive support and a service-oriented mindset
  • Support employee engagement activities and contribute to creating a positive employee experience

HR Project Support

  • Participate in and support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and benefits operations
  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding readiness, and hiring process administration
  • Support learning programs and employee development initiatives including training coordination, logistics, participation tracking, and feedback collection
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to continuously improve HR programs, policies, and employee services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations,Payroll operations, HR Analytics, HR Generalist,HRBP etc;
  • Strong ability to organize, document, and continuously improve HR knowledge articles, SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal HR guidance content;
  • Capable of independently facilitating and delivering New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions and supporting onboarding experience initiatives;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets,AI and HR reporting,experience working with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially;
  • Strong service mindset with genuine interest in supporting employees and creating a positive employee experience;
  • Enjoy communicating and interacting with employees, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, technology, startup, or high-growth environments
  • Exposure to Shared Services Center (SSC), regional/global HR operations, or experience in developing HR SOPs, process documentation, onboarding materials, and HR knowledge articles is a plus
  • Experience participating in HR initiatives across areas such as HRBP, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, or benefits operations is preferred
