As we expand in Singapore's premium retail scene, we are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead operations and ensure excellence across our flagship center in Orchard Central and future outlets.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the Orchard Central flagship and additional outlets (if any). • Lead, coach, and motivate branch managers, consultants, and therapists to achieve sales and service KPIs. • Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure consistent customer experience aligned with KOMO brand values. • Monitor P&L performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize operational efficiency. • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination for smooth day-to-day operations. • Develop staff training programs in collaboration with the HQ training & marketing team. • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy. • Drive local marketing initiatives, membership sales, and partnership activities. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements • Diploma,etail Management, or related fields. • At least 5 years of experience in retail, beauty, spa, or wellness management (multi-outlet experience preferred). • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team development. • Passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering premium customer experiences. • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers), Malay,Bahasa are bonus to have
