This is a 12‑month contract role for our client, a global technology platform.

Our client is building a premium in‑home services platform across APAC, offering experiences such as private chefs, photography, wellness, and fitness. As Lead Sales, you’ll drive partner/vendor/seller acquisition and scale operations across diverse markets, leading a high‑performing field sales team and building the systems that power growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize acquisition frameworks, playbooks, and pipeline management.
  • Manage and develop field sales agents across APAC, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into action.
  • Own CRM systems, reporting, and tools to ensure efficiency at scale.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and onboarding teams to support successful host/partner/vendor acquisition.
  • Gather insights from regional markets to inform strategy and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding processes across markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least -10 years in sales leadership or operations, ideally in marketplace or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success managing multi-market field sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with CRM/BI tool experience.
  • Deep knowledge of sales operations and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilient, solutions-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Based in APAC, with flexibility to travel.
