• Check the system entries against contracts
• Process all payments as requested from Operations Department
• Ensure audit requirements
• Assist with settlement of commission invoices from brokers
• Liaise with owners/brokers/charterers/internal businesses
• Track and allocate incoming funds for the BU
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Consolidated monthly insurance declaration
• Generate reports

skills and experience required

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Accounting knowledge preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience in dry bulk shipping/ freight/ commodity trading
• Knowledge of Softmar/SAP
• Good communication and attention to detail
