This position will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, working closely with the vendor and Ingram global, regional and country teams, and ensuring objectives are met in alignment with the business priorities.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and execute Global initiatives together with Marketing* Localise and define APAC priorities and Strategy* Clear understanding of Cisco portfolio and define addressable market for the countries + Work with Country CISCO leaders and Sales on TAM address for marketshare gain* Align CISCO practice across countries* Apply best practice for both GTM and Operation* Build Executive coverage network and country leadership engagement* Conduct and represent APAC Business reviews + MDF / Rebates optimization + New buckets of investment from CISCO to accelerate business + In the forefront of new/upcoming technology release + Share business / operations / technical challenges* Ensure APAC readiness in addressing Distributor/Partner progams* Maintain view on resource and readiness across APAC* Build and Enunciate Ingram Value prop and relevancy to push Ingram up the ranks as most valuable distributor**Qualifications and Experience:*** Strong understanding of the APAC market and proven ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive execution within a large, complex organization.* Leadership qualities.
