Key Requirements
A right to reside and work in Singapore
Qualification to practice in Singapore, Hong Kong, US, England & Wales, or Australia.
Three to seven years' post-qualification training and experience at a top tier international firm, added in-house experience is ideal
Strong fund formation experience and knowledge of fund products, as well as knowledge on fund related regulatory issues
Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultant
Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and external
Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitment
Strong commercial/business acumen
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credible
Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy

In-house with one of our clients - one assignment could be stepping into a team to support a project, while another a senior manager role tackling regulatory change. Assignments can range from two to six months in duration and are usually worked four days’ per week
In the A&O Shearman practice on an ad-hoc basis, supporting teams when needed or joining them for fixed periods to work on a deal.
