• Prepare, review, and maintain fund documentation including prospectuses, product highlight sheets, information memorandums, and trust deeds for collective investment schemes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment) and external parties to support documentation updates and regulatory filings.
• Support timely submission and dissemination of fund documents, including preparation of addendums and supplements where required.
• Maintain accurate document records, version control, and tracking logs for all product-related materials.
• Assist with CPFIS-related matters, including data collation, reporting, and preparation of materials for regulatory submissions and reviews.
• Support product administration activities such as tracking approvals, renewals, and periodic reporting requirements.
• Assist in product lifecycle activities, including fund updates, operational changes, and rationalisation initiatives.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Product Management team as needed.
