Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Functional Business Analyst to join our team in the AML Uplift program . This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company. If you take initiative, value continuous learning, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Elucidate and gather business requirements for AML workflows.
• Drive business discussions, manage project scope, and update stakeholders.
• Support project delivery during analysis, design, and testing phases.
• Assist the Project Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the banking industry.
• 7+ years as an FBA in technical delivery roles.
• Experience with Workflow systems.
• Proven track record leading large-scale projects in banking and financial services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders independently.
• Experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, and data analytics domains.
• Technical experience is a plus.

Key Domain/Technical Skills:

• Understanding user requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical teams to understand solutions.
• Documenting requirements and solutions clearly.
