A well-established SME group is seeking for FP&A Manager to join their team. With decades of history and a strong market presence, this organisation views its finance function as a core competitive advantage and this hire is central to that vision.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to drive balance sheet optimisation, treasury planning, liquidity and interest rate risk management, and working capital efficiency across the business. Beyond strategy, you will oversee the full finance function including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audit, with a small team of supporting you on day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
