About the role:
A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its operations across APAC region. You will be working closely with various country stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial insights that drive business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the APAC FP&A Manager, this role supports the Financial Planning and Analysis function across all Commercial operations in the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include monthly reporting and consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and the development of rolling forecasts, business reviews, the Annual Operating Plan, and strategic plans. The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure timely delivery of daily/weekly sales reports, monthly/quarterly P&L analysis, and financial insights to Global and APAC teams. The role also involves financial analysis of new product launches, price-volume assessments, and preparation of revenue, margin, and pricing reports using tools like Power BI and Business Intelligence databases. Additional duties include P&L consolidation across Business Units, OPEX and headcount tracking in collaboration with functional leaders, support for SKU-level costing processes, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The analyst may also lead or support ad hoc projects, M&A due diligence and integration, and provide training to local FP&A teams.
Key Requirements: Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a professional certification such as CPA. A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a multinational, multi-location environment is required. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong financial acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion, PBCS, and advanced Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with VBA, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools is a strong advantage. The role demands the ability to manage tight deadlines, handle complex ad hoc requests, and adapt quickly with minimal supervision.
