This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and enterprise partnerships. You'll serve as the bridge between the product roadmap and B2B partners, ensuring successful product delivery, seamless onboarding, and high-quality technical enablement.

What You'll Do

• Leverage Generative AI to create and maintain product assets, including technical documentation, API guides, onboarding materials, and product one-pagers.
• Coordinate B2B product delivery by tracking customer requirements, monitoring project milestones, and proactively identifying blockers to ensure timely execution.
• Drive partner onboarding by managing implementation workflows, facilitating secure data-sharing processes, and preparing technical documentation to support seamless integration.
• Collect, categorize, and synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights that help improve products and influence roadmap priorities.
• Support product launches by preparing go-to-market materials, updating internal knowledge bases, and enabling commercial teams with technical product knowledge.

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Solutions Architecture, or Business Analysis
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business teams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API concepts (e.g. REST APIs and JSON) and the ability to understand or create API documentation
• Experience in B2B products, partner onboarding, or implementation projects
• Understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals, including secure data-sharing practices
• Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback into product recommendations
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards
• Exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and development of product briefs, FAQs, pitch decks, or other marketing collateral
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
