21 Chambers LLC - Family Law Associate

Salary: $6,000 – $15,000 (commensurate with experience + performance incentives)

21 Chambers LLC is a specialist family law practice in Singapore. We handle a high volume of matters ranging from uncontested divorces to complex contested proceedings, with a strong focus on practical, results-driven outcomes.

We are looking for a capable and driven Family Lawyer to join our growing team.

Your Role

• Manage divorce matters (uncontested and contested)
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and submissions
• Advise clients on custody, care & control, access, and maintenance
• Handle ancillary matters, including division of assets (HDB/private property, CPF)
• Attend mediations, case conferences, and hearings
• Conduct negotiations and work towards amicable settlements (including DMA)

Requirements

• Qualified to practise in Singapore
• Preferably 1 PQE to 5 PQE (family law experience a must)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Able to handle high-volume caseloads efficiently
• Confident in client management and court work
• Self-driven, meticulous, and responsive
