Facilities Technician (BMS & M&E Systems / Warehouse Environment)

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

• Location: Tuas (West Region)

• Company transport is provided

• FMCG industry

• Warehouse environment

Job Scope:

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems to minimize downtime.

• Monitor BMS systems; inspect and report on forklifts and VNAs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain maintenance records.

• Handle general facility upkeep, including toilet flush/blockage repairs, crack touch-ups, and coordination with contractors for major works.

• Manage inventory of tools and materials; restock as needed.

• Maintain maintenance logs and prepare reports on facility conditions and work done.

Requirements:

• Professional certificate in technical training in Electrical/Mechanical

• Must have at least 5 years of working experience as technician

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
