We are expanding and inviting dynamicindividual to join us as:**EXECUTIVE**, **LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT****Responsibilities**Assist in the design and implementation of learning roadmap and competencyframeworks.Assist in the review of training policies and the Learning Management System(LMS)Administer the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify learning gaps,recommend learning programmes and work with training vendors to addressskills gaps of the organisationProvide support in the administration for staff training process eg: courseregistration, maintenance of records, training bonds and grantsadministration, course billing, post course review, training programmeevaluation and etcTrack and monitor the utilisation of learning places and learning hours.Forecast, manage and track the training budget.Review and update the Training Directory and related repositories.Support the maintenance of training assets and ensure smooth operations oftraining facilities.Support training partners in training delivery for the community care sector.**Requirements**:Diploma/Degree holder of relevant filedMinimum 3 years of working experiencesStrong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.Meticulous and a keen learner who is able to work independently.Excellent communication skillsAbility to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.Prior work experience in Healthcare or training admin will be an addedadvantageThe Human Resource ManagerKwong Wai Shiu Hospital705 Serangoon RoadSingapore 328127
