Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO including but not limited to calendar management, travel management, organization of meetings, etc
• Communicates directly and on behalf of CEO as and when required
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between CEO's office and internal departments, board of directors and senior management staff
• Research information on business matters 
• Assist to coordinate and manage a variety of special projects for the CEO
• Prioritize conflicting needs and be proactive in assisting CEO to deliver business outcomes
• Support on some human resource administrative tasks
• Work with finance department to assist and prepare fundraising activities for portfolio companies

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 to 10 years of related experience supporting C-level executives or senior management 
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Independent, proactive team player and possess self initiative
• Good communication skills with ability to work with all levels 
• Candidates who are available immediately will be highly preferred
