Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Events Intern to support our Projects & Events team. You'll gain hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of brand activations, roadshows, and lifestyle events. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about events, branding, and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of automotive, F&B, and lifestyle-related events
Support the team in venue sourcing, logistics coordination, and vendor communications
Help prepare event decks, proposals, and reports
Be involved in on-site event execution, including setup, registration, guest management, and teardown
Support administrative tasks such as database management, timeline tracking, and budgeting
Liaise with marketing and design teams for content and event collateral
Conduct market and trend research to support event conceptualisation
Contribute ideas for creative activations and community-driven experiences
Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong interest in events, branding, and hospitality experiences
Meticulous and well-organised with good time management
Creative, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Able to work some weekends or evenings during event days
Minimum commitment: 3 months (longer preferred)
