Role Overview

MetaComp is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Solutions Business Development (BD) professional to drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with enterprise clients across our digital asset, payments, and financial infrastructure solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, structuring complex deals, and positioning MetaComp’s end-to-end solutions—including OTC trading, custody, fiat rails, and compliance tools—to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new enterprise clients (e.g., fintechs, institutions, corporates, Web3 companies)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to deal closure

2. Solution Selling

  • Understand client needs and position tailored solutions across:
  • OTC trading & liquidity solutions
  • Fiat payment rails and treasury infrastructure
  • Custody and digital asset services
  • Compliance / transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Vision X)
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to structure customized offerings

3. Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and manage partnerships with key ecosystem players (banks, payment providers, crypto platforms, liquidity providers)
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and revenue partnerships

4. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Structure complex deals involving multi-product offerings and cross-border considerations

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends across digital assets, fintech, and payments
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, product gaps, and competitive landscape

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Act as the voice of the client internally

Requirements

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in:
  • Enterprise sales / business development in fintech, payments, or digital assets
  • Institutional client coverage (B2B)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals

Domain Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of one or more:
  • Digital assets / crypto markets
  • Payment infrastructure / fiat rails
  • Treasury or liquidity solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations is a strong plus

Skills

  • Strong consultative / solution-selling approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
