What You Can ExpectWe are seeking a proven, high impact Enterprise Sales Leader to lead our Asia enterprise business. Reporting directly to the Head of Asia, you will own and scale a team of senior Account Executives across the region, driving growth within our most strategic enterprise accounts. This is a pivotal leadership role for a hands‑on, front line sales leader who leads from the front and thrives in building pipeline, coaching high performance teams, and consistently delivering results in complex, multi‑market environments. You will play a critical role in accelerating our enterprise momentum across Asia while shaping the next phase of our regional growth.

What We’re Looking For- Be a leader who sets a high performance culture grounded in sales excellence, accountability, and a customer first, outcomes driven mindset.
- Be experienced in building, scaling and leading high performing enterprise sales teams within a high growth UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS environment.
- Have deep knowledge of the Asian market, with an established network of enterprise customers and partners, and experience operating across multiple countries.
- Have a proven track record of originating, shaping and closing large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Have demonstrated success leading in a partner first model, effectively balancing direct and channel sales motions.
- Have world‑class capability in forecasting, pipeline management and driving diligent sales execution with cross‑functional alignment.
- Have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and shape strategic narratives.
- Have experience in Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Video Collaboration, Contact Center (CCaaS), or Digital Workplace transformation
