A leading global cross-border payments platform is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager/Director to drive growth across strategic platform and enterprise clients in APAC.
This is a high-impact, front-office role focused on originating and closing complex, large-scale partnerships across cross-border industries. You will be responsible for expanding the firm’s ecosystem across key verticals including e-commerce platforms, payroll and HR tech providers, digital media and gaming, logistics, advertising, and other platform-based businesses, as well as large multinational enterprises.
The role is highly consultative in nature. You will work closely with clients to understand their cross-border payment, FX, and treasury needs, and structure tailored solutions across collections, payouts, wallet infrastructure, and foreign exchange. A key part of the mandate is building long-term, senior-level relationships, positioning the platform as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
You will also play a role in shaping product and commercial strategy by providing market insights, analysing competitor offerings, and identifying areas of differentiation. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with product, solutions, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex, multi-product solutions.
We’re looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, ideally within cross-border payments, FX, fintech, or financial services. Strong experience working with platform clients or large institutional customers across industries such as e-commerce, payroll, or digital services is highly relevant.
