1. Supporting the IPTV team in the expansion of IPTV and OTT infrastructure to meet BAU growth.
2. Ensuring the IPTV method of procedures for change activities are validated thoroughly before rollout to the Production platform.
3. Performing onsite change activities and attending to faults after normal office hours when required.
4. Interfacing with IPTV stakeholders to perform on-site System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests.
5. Interfacing with vendors and other Singtel teams for project implementation.
6. Supporting network and security systems to ensure security in operation.
7. Involving in IPTV/OTT network design, architecture, and implementation.
8. Being responsible for the deployment, operations, and maintenance of IPTV and OTT systems and applications, and providing support in incident management.
9. Managing and maintaining performance dashboards for the IPTV and OTT infrastructure.
10. Creating and updating technical documentation for projects.
11. Being responsible for incident management competency, including more in-depth troubleshooting using debugger, probes, scripts, syslogs, etc., and liaising with vendors' Tech Support or R&D for fault diagnosis & escalation.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
2. 5-7 years of relevant IT experience.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory.
4. Preferably attained any network and security certifications.
5. Good knowledge of IPTV/OTT technology and architecture.
6. Good understanding of network systems, network architecture, routing, switching, and firewalls.
7. Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation is preferred.
8. Proficient understanding of change management and method of procedure framework.
