We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures and projects. These projects are adjacent to our core businesses, are bootstrapped quickly, and involve a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the operations team responsible for token price pages, internal portals, and custom tooling used at Crypto.com. Ensure workflows are streamlined and compliant with industry standards. Drive technical improvements for complex business requirements with a high degree of autonomy.
• Work with teams involved in onboarding, KYC, compliance, marketing, CRM tooling, crypto deposit and withdrawal performance, UI/UX design, and business requirements.
• Deliver industry-leading features by working with tech and product teams.
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to improve internal tooling.
• Handle full-stack development, including designing user interactions, and developing server and database functionalities.
• Maintain high-availability operations portals.
• Build MVPs and experiments to validate ideas and products.

• Experience in end-to-end web application development
• Proficiency in at least one backend language
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.), Git workflow, and testing
• Strong English communication skills
• Bonus: Experience in account auditing, coding teaching, SRE skills like monitoring and observability, and functional programming
• Open to less experienced candidates
