• Support pilot plants to ensure technical soundness in electricity, instrumentation, automation, and HVAC maintenance activities.
• Detect faults and repair electrical equipment, machinery, and control panels.
• Provide engineering, production, and application support for automation equipment; perform routine checks on equipment operating parameters.
• Manage and perform service, operation, and troubleshooting activities of air conditioning/HVAC systems.
• Ensure processes and equipment are safe for people, products, and the environment, following all local and Nestlé regulations.
• Coordinate with pilot plant personnel, QA, engineering, and product departments to resolve electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems and ensure proper calibration of instruments and sensors.
• Maintain and update electrical and automation systems documentation supporting pilot plant activities.
• Monitor plant and equipment operation to optimize performance and reduce maintenance needs.
• Promote safety and food safety standards diligently.
• Manage electrical safety standards as per Nestlé policies.
• Support NPDI processes and facilitate the introduction of new technologies in coordination with PTC Engineering.

• Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Problem-solving and issue identification skills.
• Flexible and open to new challenges.
