Job Responsibilities Ensure that classes under your sales portfolio exceed the minimum pax requirement to run the class and maximize the number of participants. Recruit and retain the right customers until they finish their programme and achieve their goals. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities. Recommend the right products to customers and provide high-level service. Record and process registration and payment transactions accurately. Liaise with the customer relations department on customer feedback. Attend campaign briefings, training, and weekly sales meetings. Handle customer complaints and queries. Report daily sales numbers. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Upsell products and services. Job Requirements Min. GCE O levels and above. Proficient in English and Chinese. Good organizational skills.
