The opportunity
As we scale our platform, we are appointing a seasoned capital-markets figure as President, Capital Markets to help shape and strengthen our financing strategy — ensuring we access capital on the most competitive terms and deepen our relationships across the region's capital providers. The engagement flexes with deal activity, and is designed for an accomplished financier who wants to apply a career's worth of relationships and judgment with genuine influence, rather than take on another full-time executive role. The focus is squarely on capital strategy and financing — not operations or capital allocation.
What you'll do
Who this is for
A senior capital-markets professional with 25–30+ years in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit or corporate treasury — and, above all, deep, live relationships with the region's lenders and capital providers. You bring an established reputation, the gravitas to be trusted by both a boardroom and a credit committee, and a proven record of raising and structuring acquisition financing at keen terms.
This role will suit someone at the stage of their career where impact, ownership and flexibility matter more than a title or a full-time seat — someone who wants to put a lifetime's network to work on something they can own a piece of.
