As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting internal applications that are critical to daily business operations. The role requires both development capabilities and a strong sense of ownership in maintaining system stability and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications across frontend and backend
• Build and maintain scalable, secure RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with internal standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3–7 years of experience in full stack development within enterprise environments
• Strong frontend experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Backend development experience with Java or Kotlin
• Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern deployment practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling production issues
• Ability to work in structured, high-accountability environments

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting financial services or investment-related systems
• Familiarity with security, governance, or compliance-driven environments
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
