Title: Manager – Finance

Employment Type: Full-time

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Finance to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting aspects in compliance with local and group accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close and consolidation of group accounts.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, quarterly business highlights, and SGX half-yearly results announcements.
• Review monthly management reports, perform variance analysis, and provide financial insights.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management across regions.
• Implement and ensure compliance with corporate internal control requirements, financial, and operational policies.
• Manage local statutory audits and liaise with auditors and professional advisors.
• Support digitization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Provide financial analyses to support regional management and strategic plans.
• Maintain and optimize financial management systems and software.
• Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, including prior managerial experience (preferably at a Big 4 auditing firm).
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
• CPA/CA preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SFRS (I) requirements and SGX reporting regulations.
• Excellent understanding of internal controls and business processes.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Displays integrity, ethical behavior, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while leading teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel.
