Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative, accounting, and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Organize and maintain filing systems and records for easy retrieval and compliance.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure timely processing.
Manage email correspondence and general office administration.
Accounts Duties
Issue invoices and monitor accounts receivable to ensure accurate billing and collections.
Record expenses and maintain basic accounting records.
Reconcile bank transactions and supplier payments.
Prepare payment vouchers and track cash flow.
Assist in monthly accounts closing and financial reporting.
Liaise with external accountants or bookkeepers for accounting and tax submissions.
Assist with GST-related records, filing preparation, and supporting documents.
Support CPF submission, payroll records, and related HR/admin matters.
Requirements
knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, spoken and written.
Able to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience with accounting software.
Prior admin/accounts experience.
Experience handling CPF, GST, payroll, or basic HR matters.
Other Information
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Salary
SGD 2,000 – SGD 3,000 per month, depending on experience
