We are seeking a Trade Desk Support Associate to join a regional trading operations team supporting clients across the Asia market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in electronic trading, financial markets, or trading technology.

In this role, you will provide front-line support to clients, monitor the health of trading platforms, investigate and resolve operational or technical issues, and collaborate closely with internal technology, operations, and business teams to ensure a seamless trading experience.

Key Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in trade support, application support, technical support, or financial services.
  • Interest in financial markets, electronic trading, and FX products.
  • Familiarity with Windows environments; strong exposure to Linux and command-line tools/networking concepts
  • Proficiency with SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol, low-latency trading environments, shell scripting, or ticketing tools such as Jira would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in shift rotations, including occasional weekend or public holiday support when required.
