Job Description

As a Dining Experience Intern, you'll be at the heart of our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable service. You'll gain valuable insight into hospitality best practices while working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression 
• Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations when needed 
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently 
• Assist in managing reservations, walk-ins, and table turnover 
• Support with table settings, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene 
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow 
• Handle basic guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary 
• Participate in outlet events, tastings, and lifestyle activations when required 

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, positive attitude 
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions 
• Ability to commit for at least 3 months (longer preferred) 
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
